Hakka, Enshou Nori

[UPDATE: I changed the scarf from red-blue, into red-orange]

Its the Shikai version of my Random OC....

Its called, "Hakka, Enshou Nori" and means "Ignite, Inflamed Skull"....


I don't know about his skills...so I may be update something later...
